Q: What is the return policy?
A: At The Extended Shop, we understand that not every item will be the perfect fit. With that in mind, you may return new, unworn items within 15 days of purchase for a refund.
Please have a receipt or gift receipt for all in-store purchases and the order number for all online purchases.
You may exchange for a different item or for store credit. Store credit doesn't expire.
To return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Q: My order is wrong, damaged, or missing product. What do I do?
A: Ugh, sorry about that. We hate that as much as you do!! Please send an e-mail to our customer service team at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order. And, we will get it figured out!
Q: How long does your return process take?
A: After we've received your online return it will then be processed within 3-5 business days. And you will then be issued a refund. Please be sure to keep your tracking number for your records!
Q: Is everybody that buys from The Extended Shop hott?
A: Quite frankly, yes. We don't make the rules, but somehow our customer base tends to be the kindest, hottest, funniest crew of them all. And we are grateful for each of you!
Q: What is your size range?
A: Check back to our size guide info page! We try to be as transparent as we can with our sizing and outlining the model information, measurements, etc. All brands fit differently, and all brands don't carry the full size range.
Q: Is in store pickup available?
A: Yes! Come say hi! Fill up your cart, select in-store pickup, and we will let you know when it's ready!
We will try our best to process your order within 48 hours and notify you via email when your order is ready to be picked up. Bring your order confirmation with you!
Q: I placed an order but never received my confirmation! Can you help?
A: Of course, we can. First, can you check your junk mail? Sometimes we have confirmations go there. If you're still missing it, please send an e-mail to our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out!
